FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What areas do you serve?
I offer mobile sessions, coming directly to your home, office, studio, or gym. Travel fees (if any) will be discussed at the time of booking.
Do I need any equipment or preparation?
No equipment is required. Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing. I bring all necessary tools for assisted stretching and mobility work.
Is assisted stretching painful?
Sessions are intentionally guided and communicative. You may feel deep, productive stretches, but nothing is forced. Your comfort and safety always come first.
Is this suitable if I’m not athletic or flexible?
Absolutely. These sessions are designed for all bodies and experience levels, including beginners, desk workers, and those managing pain or stiffness.
How is this different from massage therapy?
This work focuses on active and assisted mobility, alignment, and movement education, not passive massage. The goal is long-term improvement, not just temporary relief.
Can sessions help with pain or injuries?
Yes. Many clients seek relief from lower back pain, hip tightness, neck and shoulder tension, or post-injury stiffness. While this is not medical treatment, sessions are informed by anatomy, kinesiology, and rehabilitation principles.
How often should I book sessions?
It depends on your goals. Some clients book weekly or bi-weekly for progress, while others schedule sessions around training, recovery, or flare-ups.
Do you offer packages or discounts?
Yes. Multi-session packages are available and offer better value for clients committed to consistent progress.
Are group sessions customized?
Yes. Group sessions are theme-based and adaptable to the participants’ shared needs, whether athletic recovery, desk relief, or general mobility.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
